The building is easily accessible by bus and conveniently located near Hwy 100.

There is free surface level parking in the parking lot on the east side of the office building.

The building has an external ramp and an elevator inside, but is generally not handicap accessible.

There is a single stall gender inclusive restroom on the third floor.
